Brexit definitely comes in many flavours, and I don't think the Left was crying out for the kind of Brexit that Johnson and Farage were dead set on. You can be out of the EU and still enjoy free movement and trade, like Norway and Switzerland.

But yes, we have suffered at the hands of austerity, and will continue to suffer from Brexit for many many years to come.
